San Miguel de Allende, Mexico

December 7, 2010

I considered myself well-traveled when it comes to Mexico getaways—Puerto Vallarta, Cabo and Todos Santos are a few favorites I have visited—but nothing compares to the quaint, cobblestone-covered gem, San Miguel de Allende. It was my first time to the brightly colored city and definitely not the last. Staying at the newly opened Hotel Matilda was like a dream, consisting of amazing food, tequila tasting, crisp sheets, spa treatments and soaking in hot springs. Here are a few shots from my daytime wonderings, more to come of Hotel Matilda.
