Yesterday was one of those days that ended with… “I think I need a drink.” Not because of any horrible happenings but I simply needed a fresh cocktail and 10 minutes of doing nothing but enjoying it—lady of leisure time if you will. So I did… and in the process came up with a pretty stellar concoction. The Watermelon + Blackberry Margarita, a perfectly sweet and fresh cocktail that’s utterly divine on a hot day. It was just what I needed to cap off my Tuesday.
