A few years back I had the chance to hear Zac Posen chat about fashion, his rise to success and the road that got him there. I completely fell in love with his vibe and approach to life and have forever held on to a quote he lives by… “keep it simple stupid”. Every time an obstacle presented itself, in all aspects of work and life, he reminded himself of that four letter mantra. Every time I find my head in a game of tennis, it always sets me straight. The same goes for my approach to style. When nothing seems to work and I’m pacing in front of my closet doors—something I encounter with my baby bump these days—I remind myself to just keep it simple and it always brings me back to my center of gravity.
