Ice Cream Face

The older Elin gets, the more I start to notice little pieces of her personality come out. Some things seem to be all her own while others are strikingly similar to mine and Todd’s. I think this girl might take after her mama when it comes to two things: shoes and ice cream, or as she calls it “ike cream.” She already has an opinion about what clothes and shoes I dress her in. Right now it’s all about her white Saltwater sandals—found at Nordstrom, a favorite destination for kids threads—which makes me happy because nothing is more classic and adorable than these sandals. They even weathered a little ice cream party the other day at McConnell’s Ice Cream—Elin’s first time to my sweet tooth kryptonite.
