It took me a while to wrap my brain around the fact that it’s Thanksgiving t-o-d-a-y. We flew home from our month-long adventure in Australia and New Zealand right on the heals of the holidays, and before I knew it I was standing in line (a very long line) at the grocery store with my annual cheese plate and salad essentials in hand. I have yet to host a Thanksgiving all on my own, so being in charge of a few dishes and a gift for the hostess with the mostest has been my longest to-do list.
