I look forward to the warm summer months for many reasons, but what I can’t stand about this time of year is how fast it goes by. Weekends fill up with parties, weddings and vacations and before you know it, Fall is knocking on the door. This year I’m going to plan at least just one “nothing” weekend, so I can get around to all my favorite summertime shenanigans like walking to get ice cream, spending the whole day at the beach, finishing a book and making a refreshing (and fancy) cocktail—like this Rosemary Martini.
