Sushi is a treat that I normally enjoy out at a restaurant. I’ve never had the confidence to try it at home but after taking a class with Studio Nihon, I now know a few basics to creating one of my favorite types of food. Six friends and I had the amazing sushi chef Fukiko, give us an at-home sushi making party/class. She brought the goods, the equipment and beautiful Japanese table settings for our evening.
