Champagne Monday

Weekdays can easily become mundane and too much about the routine. Every once in a while it’s nice to shake things up with something spontaneous and out of the norm. Over the last few months the fiance and I have acquired quite a collection of wine and champagne from friends and family, which has turned into random weekdays of sampling some. A new tip: add a few drops of rose petal syrup to prosecco or champagne for sweet change.
