Spring is one of those funny seasons. You’re mentally ready to slip on a dress (more than ready if you’re on the East Coast) but a breeze and chill in the air keeps the extra layer around. I love collared dresses for this very reason. I end up wearing them constantly with a few layers—cashmere sweaters, leather jackets and ponchos. This one by Whit has been a favorites as of late. I’ve become completely obsessed with this line (remember this skirt?) by Whitney Pozgay who formerly designed for Kate Spade and Steven Alan. It’s one to keep your eye on.
