This year at NYFW some designers took a more creative route than the usual fashion show production. Misha Nonoo presented exclusively with Instagram, Opening Ceremony used ballet dancers for models and Cynthia Rowley made a runway movie of her Spring 2015 collection with the beaches of Montauk as the set. As we walked into a dimly lit gallery space it was projected on every wall (even the ceiling), which made each piece quite literally larger than life. I loved it. I also got to take this dress from her Resort collection for a little spin and let me tell you, it was loads of fun to wear.
