A Year Ahead

There’s nothing more motivating than a fresh start. Turning the calendar to January makes me want to do three things right off the bat: organize every nook and cranny in my house (including my sock drawer), clean out my wardrobe (out with the old in with the new) and wear basic favorites. Simple white pieces paired with bold black boots, leather jackets and minimal accessories have been my MO this year so far. It’s no secret I’m a sucker for breezy white dresses (year round in my neck of the woods) so one glance at this Rincon dress by Heidi Merrick immediately grabbed my attention. The lines in the dress mimic ocean swells, which made me fall in love with it even more.
