Blue Apron To The Rescue

January 7, 2016

CIHT_12.1.15_271As much as I love the start of a new year, it’s always a little hard to get back into the swing of things after the holidays. Heading to the grocery store and deciding what to cook up for the week is always the most daunting chore coming back into reality. Thank goodness for Blue Apron. I scheduled a delivery ahead of time knowing that the first week of January would be a tough one. Coming home to a box full of farm fresh produce, chef-designed recipes and all the ingredients measured and included waiting on my doorstep is probably one of my favorite sites to see. After a marathon of family dinners, holiday parties, sugary desserts and cocktails galore, a healthy, hearty dinner was just what the doctor ordered. Another perk to Blue Apron, every meal is between 500 and 700 calories so it’s not only convenient but guilt-free. Just take a gander at some of their recipes here. They’re constantly changing them every week so you’re bound to see something you like.

Since I’m such a big fan of Blue Apron I wanted to pass on a little incentive for you to jump on the bandwagon. The first 50 readers to sign up will receive 2 free meals with their order. Click here to get on board!
