Setting 2016 in Motion

January 6, 2016

Victorias-secret-activewear-could-i-have-that-9In 2015 I think I could count on my hand how many times I broke a sweat with a good work out. But in my defense learning to get everything done with baby is no picnic and squeezing in a yoga class, going for a run or even trying out a new form of exercise took a back seat to my everyday routine. And of course, I’ll be the first to admit I got a teensy bit lazy the tail end of last year, opting for a moment to kick up my feet versus a moment to break a sweat. But the new year, the feeling of a fresh start, is shaking things up for me. I actually managed to get myself to a CorePower Yoga class the other morning and I was reminded of how amazing it really feels to sweat.

So much so I did the same thing the following day only switching things up and going for a run followed up by stadium stairs. As a mini reward/incentive to keep myself in motion I picked up a few new things from Victoria’s Secret Sport. I have to say I’ve become slightly obsessed with their leggings, tanks and bras. The selection of colors/graphics and fit have kept me coming back for more. Finding the right thickness in leggings is something I’m notoriously picky about and these have been just right. I also like to joke that they make me run faster. The bras give great support but more importantly a little shape, which I haven’t been able to find in any other sports bra. On another note Victoria’s Secret will be announcing an exciting offer that you definitely don’t want to miss. Stay tuned here, I’ll be sharing the news, but also make sure to sign up and check out more on the super top secret event here or take advantage of the sweet deal going on now for a limited time—free shipping over $100 orders, more info here, valid: 12/28-1/10, use code FREESHIP100.
