Shoes might be the greatest accessory in a wardrobe. Somehow the switch of a sole can instantly transform a look and more importantly a mood. Driving moccasins infuse a sense of sophistication meets playfulness—or the, “I’m working, but not really.” Maybe it’s the smell of the leather or the fact that the Italians cruise the cliffs of Positano wearing them, but driving moccasins always end up resulting in a glass of wine for me… and playing hooky from any type of work. This (80º plus) February day was no exception. It was rosé to be exact, which went along too perfectly with my pink suede M.Gemi moccasins that I recently picked up. And because my Italian mood was going so well, I opted for a siesta because that’s what you do when you’re in Italy.
