Clothes For Before, During and After Pregnancy

June 21, 2017

I’d be lying if I said I don’t dream about having a second baby. Just looking at pictures of Elin as a squishy newborn makes my heart explode and kind of ache at the same time. So here I am in that in-between stage of my life where I’m not pregnant but maybe (hopefully!) I could be in the near future. How the heck do you invest in clothes with that in mind? Enter one of my favorite brands, Hatch

Hatch, the clothing brand that addresses life before, during and after pregnancy with ease and effortless style, has become a line I love and wear but also one that I recommend over and over—seen here and here. I still wear all the pieces I relied on during my pregnancy because even though I’m not pregnant I still love how comfortable and roomy each piece is, especially for nights that involve filling up on pasta—I know I’m not alone on that one! I jumped at the chance to partner with the brand and style a few pieces from their Summer Collection.
The Kikki Tank (pictured above) was the first piece I gravitated towards because I knew it would be a quintessential summer piece with denim. Sure enough, I’ve been living in it non-stop lately. From an everyday staple for work, errands, play dates, to dressing it up with heels for a night out, it’s proved to be the ultimate summer top. My favorite detail, these sweet eyelet straps that feel oh so summery. On this particular day I dropped Elin off at school, went to my office, had a quick meeting and met a friend for lunch. For days like this I live in roomy dresses (loving this one from Hatch) and blouses paired with denim. It’s the perfect approach to my on-the-go lifestyle. I’ll be styling two more pieces from the Summer Collection so stay tuned!

The Look: Hatch Kiki Tank, Mother denim jeans, The Row mules, Givenchy tote bag (same style new print), Janessa Leone, Oliver Peoples Sunglasses.
