Nowadays I rely on activewear more than ever. Ok, to be totally honest it’s my cover up for mornings when we have to dash out of the house for eggs or when I’m simply running around parks with Elin. Yoga and hiking is a no brainer but all that other stuff in life sometimes just requires stretchy pants—am I right or am I right?
Most of the time I keep my look pretty basic, relying on black, grey and white primarily. But I’ve found that when you keep things simple, it’s all about the little details that can make a piece stand out. One of my newest discoveries has been the an activewear collection by Lou & Grey called Form. All the pieces play as essentials but with thoughtful details.
I love the blousy sleeves on this sweatshirt and the drawstring tie at the hem. You can pull it tight for a different look or leave it loose in a bow.
Lastly, a few pieces I’ve been living in that aren’t pictured. I especially love this tank because of the elastic racerback detail.
Thank you to Lou & Grey for supporting this post, all opinions are my own. // Photography by Jacqueline Pilar.
