Stella McCarney Kids Fall 2017

I’ll never forget the first Stella McCartney piece we got for Elin when she was a newborn—a pair of knit mouse booties with whiskers and everyone, I mean everyone, always wanted to know where I found them. As Elin has grown over the past few years I’ve always come back to the brand for playful clothes I know she will love. And I’m not going to lie, it tugs at my heart when I think of some of the pieces she’s grown out of that were some of my favorites—this romper and this white dress in particular. But if you ask her it’s all about the animals, like this look or of course the octopus dress she wore day (and night sometimes) for a whole summer.

I have to admit though, the older she gets the more options we have for dressing, not to mention she’s discovered the fun of accessories! So when we had the chance to style the latest kids collection from Stella McCartney with some of Elin’s buddies, we jumped at the chance. And what better place to spend an Indian Summer day of glamping than at El Capitan Canyon. Some cute moments and outfits that I hope will make you smile.

  1. First of all I would like to say superb blog!
I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you do not mind.
I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing.
I have had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out.
I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints?

    Thank you!

    1. I struggle with this all the time! I try to journal everyday and get the juices flowing. It also helps to write about things that I’m genuinely interested in and excited about. Hope that helps!
