Someone jokingly commented on my Instagram that all pretty lace white tops just migrate to my wardrobe. Well, I do have a slight obsession and to be honest I’m quite picky when it comes to my feminine finds. I credit my grandmother and mom for instilling it in me that anything with a swiss dot, intricate embroidery, lacy high neck and a billowy shape is worth nabbing. In the past I remember them being far and few between—possibly due to a smaller budget—but lately I seem to have no trouble accumulating quite the collection. So I wanted to share my most trusted sources for dreamy, white lace tops that are oh so perfect for summer.
Also side note, these jeans are “the jeans” in my wardrobe for summer. I love love love them so you’ll probably see me in them a ton. They’re the Tomcat style by Mother Denim.
Her collection is chocked full of pieces like the top I’m wearing in these photos—similar version here. I notoriously covet nearly every piece from every season because she just gets the lacy, feminine vibe so well. Here are some recent favorites…
You guys know I love Dôen to pieces because I literally wear it almost every day. If you are on the hunt for that casual (yet femme) and timeless vibe, you can be guaranteed you’ll wind up with 3 or 4 things you can’t live without. I just got the Henri top in white recently and can’t stop wearing it. Other favorites? Piper Dress, Tansy Dress and Primrose Dress. I don’t usually fall for prints too easily, but every single one they have is so so good.
On A Budget?
As I mentioned, there was a time when I didn’t have much of a budget to splurge on pricey pretty white tops. So for anyone looking for a cheap thrill, here are some finds that are under $100.
